Jack grew up in Calypso, NC in northern Duplin County. After serving his country in the Navy and two deployments during the Vietnam War, Jack soon after began his professional career with East Carolina Farm Credit where he worked for 25 years until retirement. He obtained his real estate license and auctioneer license in 2006. He formed Auction NC Realty in 2008.
Greg grew up in Greene County, NC near Walstonburg. After graduating from East Carolina University, he embarked on a 44-year banking career with Wachovia Bank/Wells Fargo and finally Southern Bank. Greg obtained his real estate license in July 2023.
Jack and Greg both spent most of their careers serving the agricultural communities in Eastern NC. They both have extensive experience in agricultural lending and underwriting. Through these experiences, they have developed a keen understanding of farmland values and marketability in the markets they serve today. They’ve had the privilege of getting to know and assisting many prominent farmers and landowners all over Eastern NC.
